Payment and Deliveries



  • Credit Card Payment (Online)

After selecting credit card payment you will be transferred to 3D Secure platform to fill in the data. If the transaction is authorized, the payment proceeds immediately and we can post your order the very next day. Our staff does not operate with your card data. The process is finished through online banking.

  • Online Bank Transfer

Instant bank transfer from your bank account. Payment via the online payment gateway is always processed almost immediately. 

  • Bank Transfer (Proforma)

After completing an order, the products are reserved and you will  be sent an email with the necessary payment information, including a variable symbol that you must include when making the paying. When paying by bank transfer, it is necessary to allow for a longer time (usually 1-3 working days) for the payment to reach our account. For this reason, we recommend making payments online instead. As soon as the payment is credited to our account, we will start processing the order. We will send notifications to you about the status of the order to the email address you provide.




DPD Tracked delivery or The Packeta (Pick up)

  • Our packages are delivered to the address that you state in the order, alternatively you will receive a notification or SMS notification and pick up the shipment at the nearest delivery point.

  • The packages could be delivered to all countries from EU. If for any reason you cannot find your destination country listed when registering/ordering, please contact us directly and we will be able to let you know whether it is possible to deliver there. If you are ordering (and the parcel is being delivered) outside of the EU, then the VAT content will be deducted from your total bill.

  • You will receive your parcel within 2-5 working days. 

  • You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.

  • We receive prepaid payments. We do not accept COD payments

  • The shipping cost varies on your location. Once you place your order and are ready for check-out you can view the shipping cost before the order is final.

  • Orders outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes or custom fees upon arrival. When ordering from the recipient of the order is fully responsible for any of the import fees and of all laws and regulations of the import destination.  

  • Please check your parcel upon delivery and while the driver is still present. If the item appears to have been tampered with in any way, please advise the driver and refuse the delivery. In this case please contact us and we will discuss further steps. 

  • If you have accepted the parcel but notice damage upon opening it, please contact our Customer Care service.
